Please contact for current price of crawfish per pound. We charge a $20 delivery fee within the city of Memphis and an additional $1 per mile outside the city.
For every 10 pounds of crawfish, we include 1 pound of sausage, 5 pieces of corn and 5 potatoes. We can provide bibs, wet wipes and tongs if requested in advance. Anything else that is needed can be arranged.
Depending on availability of the trailer and the size of the order we might be able to cook the crawfish on site if there is a place to park the trailer. If not, you can pick up the crawfish in styrofoam coolers freshly cooked. Delivery is dependent on availability.
We require 50% payment one week in advance. The remaining amount is due upon delivery.
We accept cash, credit, apple and android pay.
Our crawfish comes from Houma, Louisiana. When available, we purchase wild-caught crawfish, but we supplement with farm-raised when it is not available.
Yes, we provide live crawfish when preordered. Orders must be placed by Tuesday evening for the following weekend.
Of course! We are happy to let you taste the crawfish before purchasing. Just come by the trailer and request a sample.

Most people will eat 1-3 pounds of crawfish. Die-hard crawfish fans will eat 4+ pounds. We recommend at least 2 pounds per person.

We will refund any deposit paid until the Monday before a weekend event. Once we have placed our order for the crawfish, we are unable to provide a refund on the deposit paid.
Yes! We love attending food truck events. Some of the places we have sold at include High Cotton Brewery, Saint Francis Hospital, Hilton Headquarters, Meddlesome Brewery, Oxbeau, the Spirits Shoppe and various festivals.
